Fanatical Preachings
-Syko: It truly is astonishing just how much some of these cats love their piece of plastic. They spend countless hours preaching on the internet, and sadly they seem to enjoy doing it. I mean seriously preaching with the last line here: “When he is ready to step up his game the PS3 will be waiting”. FFS! Unreal.
I would still recommend the PS3. The control the end user has over the settings with the PS3 is far and away beyond anything offered by other consoles so customizing it to fit hard wire internet and an SDTV is a snap.
Also, at some point your friend’s TV will be upgraded. But he can keep the PS3 as it is a console that will evolve with his choice. When he is ready to step up his game the PS3 will be waiting.
Delusional Planet

Talk about being delusional The Sony article is 100% correct. All these frikkin haters and 360 fanboys are shaking in their boots and are green with envy. All they have left, is cling on to a delusional world where the 360 is the king. The reality however is far from it. 360 doesn’t have games now, doesn’t have games this year. And wont have games the following years either. One look at their studios and you know. PS3 reigns supreme for years to come. But the fanboys are living in delusional planet. And they don’t like it when we rub it in their faces. We have the best of every genre. They have to settle with inferior titles. But still they think they are best. LOLOLOLOLOLOL.
Counting Pixels
-Syko: This is a very strange argument, People breaking down the resolution of games and pointing out when games are Sub-HD. Famous examples being the Halo 3 640p scandal and Haze running at 576p. In the end this is often just to keep frame rates running well and the game looking smooth. Most will never notice such non-sense but fanboys live and die by these numbers claiming superior hardware when one has the advantage.
Plus there is a need to point out this 360 fanboys closing statement of having a PS3 die on him and the “Crap Quality” of the hardware… Pot meet kettle. Damn.
Some people like GTAIV looks on the PS3 better because the edges are blurred. Thats not an advantage overall, its the natural blurry stuff the PS3 shows in every game. In fact its a weakness.
Still it stands: the resolution on the 360 is HD, PS3 is sub HD.
PS3:
GTAIV 640p, SFIV 630p, Haze 576p (yes the PS3 Halo killer nah?), The Darkness 576p…
And what about Sony saying only 1080p is true HD gaming? The lie about Motorstorm?
All the exclusives of the PS3 can be done on the 360, except maybe the MGS4 BluRay movie because of the endless cutscenes, that would make 3 DL-DVD’s which would be a bit too much. But the rest, KZ2, everything can be done on the 360. Whats your point exactly?
The 360 can do 1080p just as good, native. But the sweet spot this gen is on 720p. Thats also what Sony shows, having Motorstorm put in 720p. That was just marketingblabla true hd meh meh
Which first party game on the PS3 has 1080p? Standard would be if 90% of all games has it. Let me sum it up for you (games I own). 1st party and some 3rd party but exclusive
MGS4, LBP, Motorstorm 2, KZ2, Uncharted… All 720p. Only the dull games are 1080p because they don’t lean to heavy on the system. My PS3 died after 3 weeks of use on the BluRay. Have never seen a system dying that quick in all the years I buy consoles. Utter crap quality

I dont’ understand dudes/dudettes
When people who only have an xbox 360 see stuff like this how can’t they feel there’s something wrong with their online gaming experiences on the 360? … and they’re actually paying for it? That’s just madness.When was the last time the 360 fanbase got excited about an up coming exclusive game? Weather it be a downloadable game, an online only game or a full disc game.
The last I could remember was last year for Geow2 but this year there hasn’t been one game to solidly hold onto so far. You may mention Alan Wake but nothing solids been shown to the community on this game and it’s one that was supposed to come out years ago.
No new exclusives at all to talk about on the 360 but on the PS3 we see games that the PS3 fanbase are excited about and anticipating like Fat Princess, Uncharted2, Infamous, DC online, Killzone 2, MAG etc etc in so many genres and mediums.
I’m just wondering, if you don’t’ have a current gen system, why would you want to go out and buy a 360 at this point in time? Hell, why would you want to only own a 360 in the first place - it has no games to speak of. Every single game it has you can get on some other gaming platform so… what’s the point? No seriously, I want to know and be educated on this.
